1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WusoolGrowth's website (wusoolgrowth.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

WusoolGrowth provides WhatsApp marketing automation, social media management, local SEO optimization, and digital growth consulting for businesses in Qatar. The specific scope of services will be outlined in the agreement between WusoolGrowth and each client.

3. Free Trial

WusoolGrowth offers the first month of service free of charge on all plans. No credit card is required to start. After the free month, the plan's standard pricing applies. You may cancel at any time during the free period with no obligation.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Invoices are issued monthly at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods agreed upon

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. We simply ask for 7 days' written notice via email or WhatsApp.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and access to required platforms (WhatsApp Business, social media accounts)
• Review and approve content within agreed timelines
• Comply with WhatsApp Business policies and local Qatar regulations
• Not use our services for spam, illegal activities, or misleading content

7. Intellectual Property

All content on wusoolgrowth.com — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of WusoolGrowth. Custom content created for clients (social media posts, marketing materials) becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Our templates, strategies, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

WusoolGrowth strives to deliver the best possible results but cannot guarantee specific revenue, lead, or growth outcomes. Marketing results depend on many external factors including market conditions, product quality, and customer behavior. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
